Order Management & Sales Operations Specialist.

A bachelor's degree in administration, business, or related engineering is desirable.

Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is desirable.

Basic knowledge of invoicing, logistics, and project management is desirable.

1 to 2 years of experience in commercial administration.

Experience with test instruments and software is desirable.

Experience with sales and purchase orders.

Occasional support in follow-up with leads and opportunities (quotes).

Process customer purchase orders and carry out internal processes to acquire and ship materials.

Coordinate with Finance and Logistics to ensure proper order processing and delivery.

Hiring budget starting at $16,000 or based on experience.
