Development of test programs and fixtures for Agilent ICT equipment.

• Development of test programs and fixtures for ICT Agilent i3070 equipment.
• Implementation of analog tests with Keysight 3070 equipment.
• Create tests to flash and download data to In-Circuit digital devices (ISP).
• Programming using the bt-basic language.
• Evaluation of fixtures and flash programmers.
• Knowledge of Flash programmers.
• Knowledge of automotive protocols.
• Planning and monitoring of projects.
• Quote development projects for test programs and fixtures for ICT equipment.
• Establish the purchases of the different materials to develop the work and/or the process.
• Request support and give instructions to the Jr. staff of the company.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field. 
• Minimum of 10 years of experience developing and quoting Functional Test Stations. 
• Experience in electronics engineering manufacturing as a Functional Test Developer and/or Functional Tes Engineer. 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and closing deals. 
• Functional Test Business Development Engineer 
• LabVIEW experience 8 Years 
• LabVIEW and TestStand Certification, or proven experience of up to 8 years of Development in one or both environments. 
• Keysight TestExec experience up to 8 years (BenchVue is a plus). 
• Experience in Python up to 5 years 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Development of automotive systems based on communication standards and protocols (CAN/LIN/K-LINE FlexRay/Ethernet), and other communication protocols for custom communication. 
• Competent use of Automotive testing tools and Software (CANoe, CANalyzer, etc). 
• Proven experience developing test systems for different industries and technologies 
• C# .NET 
• Traceability Systems basic knowledge 
• Ability to read, create, and understand electronics schematics, documentation and specifications. 
• Knowledge in the usage of CAN, LIN, ETHERNET, RS-232, RS485, SPI, I2C. 
• Knowledge of common algorithms and data analysis concepts 
• Deep SW testing knowledge (concepts, methodologies, test types, etc.) 
• Ability to work with framework environments. 
• RF Technologies BLE, ZIGBEE, WIFI, WIMAX, 5G knowledge, experience and development tools, and V2X, and V2V knowledge is a must.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree completed in electronics engineering bachelor degree or similar.
• Intermediate-Advanced English (written and oral). 
• Skills for negotiation and resolution of social problems. 
• Experience 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in our industry.
• Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical background with understanding and/or practical experience in test engineering, industrial automation, or software development.
• Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. 
• Desirable Visa and Current Passport 
• Availability to change residence or settle in Tijuana

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
