Ramón is a business coach and consultant specializing in the institutionalization of companies, with more than 17 years of experience in management positions in national and international companies. He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from ITESO and a master's degree in Administration and Optimization of Production Systems, as well as an Executive Development Program in Tokyo. He has international certifications in coaching, focusing on leadership, organizational culture, and professionalization of organizations.
Mexican of German descent, trilingual in Spanish, German, and English. He graduated in Electronics and Communications Engineering with a master's degree from IPADE D1; he has 40 years of experience in manufacturing telecommunications equipment and quality management. A specialist in starting and developing manufacturing operations for the automotive industry, he led a Continental Automotive plant in Guadalajara, making it the third largest worldwide. He founded a Development Center with 1,500 engineers and held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at CANIETI. He is a member of advisory boards at universities and companies.
With experience in Strategic Planning, Corporate Finance, New Businesses, and Operation of industrial and financial businesses, he has led business generation and restructuring projects. From 1982 to 1988, he worked at Grupo Alfa (steel sector); from 1989 to 1996, he headed Grupo Albarrán. Later, he led Globalized Alliances in transportation solutions, and from 1999 to 2003, he was Vice President at Gates Rubber LATAM. Since 2003, he has diversified Grupo Romo with a leasing company, a "Multi-Family Office," and a blueberry farm. He is president of MHTaylor Consulting Group, which is focused on financial reengineering.
